ADV -- why we removed the additional suburb option for vendor leads

Hi {client},

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to explain the rationale behind our approach to targeting for different types of campaigns on our social ads platform.

Real Estate Listing Campaigns: For listing campaigns, we understand that potential buyers can come from various locations. Therefore, we allow these campaigns to target multiple geographical areas. This broad approach ensures that your property listings reach a wide audience, capturing the interest of potential buyers regardless of where they are located.

Vendor Lead Campaigns: On the other hand, our strategy for 'vendor lead' style campaigns is more focused. We limit these campaigns to target just one suburb at a time. The reason for this is simple: effectiveness. By honing in on a single location, we can tailor the message and creative content to resonate specifically with the audience in that area. This focused approach prevents the dilution of your message, which often happens when trying to appeal to a broader audience with varied interests and needs. Ultimately, this targeted strategy enhances conversion rates and ensures that your campaign is more impactful.

In summary, by targeting listing campaigns broadly and vendor lead campaigns narrowly, we maximise the effectiveness of each campaign type. This tailored approach is designed to give you the best possible results and ensure your marketing efforts are both efficient and effective.
